After Payment realization, please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be dispatched, Delivery takes normally 3-10 days (See Disclaimer below) depending on the location.

It is preferred that you call and ask us about shipping to interiors. We usually ship through courier service, but can use couriers of your choice upon prior request only.

Please note that courier is not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays and the resultant impact on your trip schedules. Any delivery timeline, if advised by our staff over phone/email/etc, is only approximate and not final.

Since we offer highly subsidised shipping rates, we reserve the right to use any shipping mode (Air or Road) economical to us. Shipping mode will vary depending on the product weight and delivery location. As of now we are unable to offer any choice in shipment modes.

As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don’t accept the package or sign the POD and let us know the Name/Phone# of the person delivering the package.

Note: Octroi or Entry tax, if any will have to be paid by the buyer to the delivery Courier.
